I was a little stressed about asking for a refund because you never know how these things are going to go. But then it came through really quickly, and I was like, okay wow, that was painless. No drama, no back-and-forth, just sorted

I found a place and booked it without too much hassle. The site was clear enough to use, although somehow it still felt a little confusing here and there. It worked fine overall, but it was also kind of slow at times, which was annoying. Still, I got what I needed done.

Had a small hiccup with my booking, so I reached out to support. They replied faster than I thought they would. Nice surprise. They explained what I needed to do, and after a couple of messages, it was all sorted. Not totally instant, but smooth overall. I’d use them again.

"Would Happily Use Spotahome Again"
Would I use Spotahome again? Yes, definitely. The whole process was stress-free, mostly because the landlord was easy to reach and replied quickly whenever I had a question. I had a few doubts before booking, but he explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable moving forward. Communication was good from start to finish.

Had a problem with the shower, but Spotahome support got back to me quickly. They reached out to the landlord and someone came to fix it the next day. Super easy process overall, and I’d definitely recommend them if you want things handled without much hassle.

I know service fees are normal these days, so I wasn’t totally surprised, but this one still felt a little higher than I would’ve liked. That said, the booking process was simple and clear, which is why I went ahead with it anyway. At least I didn’t have to deal with any confusion or extra hassle...

Everything they listed was actually in the flat, which was a nice surprise because sometimes places say they have stuff and then you spend half the time looking for it. So yeah, it felt like it matched the description, and that made the stay easier overall

I’ll admit I usually stick with my regular booking app, so I was a bit hesitant trying this one. But the flat was exactly where it showed on the map, and there were no awkward surprises when I arrived. The area matched the listing too, which I really appreciated. Move-in was okay overall. I was... I mean, I was a bit confused when picking up the keys, and the flat wasn’t as clean as I’d expected. Support did get back to me later though, so in the end it worked out.

I had an issue with my booking details at the start, which was frustrating since I needed a quick answer. I reached out to Spotahome support and, the reply took longer than I would’ve liked. That said, once they got back to me, they did follow up properly and made sure everything was sorted. So it wasn’t a perfect experience, and I do think faster updates would make a big difference, but in the end the problem was fixed and I did feel like they cared. I’d give it 4 stars

"Booking worked, but the confirmation delay had me suspicious"
I booked a room and the payment went through right away, but then the confirmation didn’t show up instantly like I expected. I kept checking my email like, okay, where is it… and of course my brain started wondering if there was some weird system delay or if my booking had disappeared into the corporate booking void. I ended up contacting support just to make sure nothing shady was going on. In the end, it was confirmed and everything was fine, so no real issue, but it was definitely a bit stressful while planning a move. Not bad overall, I just wish the process was clearer so you’re not left guessing.

"Clear and Easy to Understand"
The cancellation policy seemed fair to me, honestly. I liked that the fees and dates were laid out clearly, so before I even booked I already knew what I’d get back if plans changed. That’s always the part I worry about, so it was nice not having to dig around or ask a bunch of questions. There wasn’t much back and forth, which I appreciated, and overall it just felt simple and straightforward

I did end up getting it back eventually, though it took longer than I expected. Not totally sure what the holdup was, maybe it got misplaced or just sat in a queue somewhere, but at least it was sorted out in the end.

I booked a room through Spotahome and was expecting to find at least one weird surprise, but nope. The place was actually cleaner than I thought it would be. The photos matched well, the bathroom was tidy, the kitchen had that “people live here” look but was still clean, and the sheets smelled fresh. I was a little nervous before I got there. Then suddenly I walked in and was like, okay, we’re good. Really happy with how it turned out and I’d use Spotahome again.

I was a little nervous about paying for a room online, but Spotahome gave me a reassuring feeling throughout. The payment process felt clear and safe, with no sketchy links or weird extra steps that would’ve made me second-guess it.
